The snow has melted from all but the highest land and the secret shady places. These were taken on the first day of Spring higher up in the mountains.

February English Camp

Period architecture and lots of snow.

Cold Bill.

Icicle.

Frosted pane.

Warm lobby.

I took a few students to a British themed hotel complex which offers an English camp to Japanese schools. We stayed in a Georgian replica. I drank a Guinness at the Pub. We ate real authentic British cuisine (maybe). The kids got very English happy.

We drove up to Snoqualmie falls. We never left the parking lot.

Seattle, end of December

I visited Seattle in December. We went downtown for an afternoon. Went shopping.
